Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

You will enjoy this creamy macaroni salad; bursting with zesty flavor!
Ingredients
1. 250 g (½ lb) Dry elbow macaroni: prepared according to package directions, then rinsed in cold water
2. 591 mL (20 oz) Pineapple chunks: drained (reserve 125 mL (½ cup) liquid for dressing)
3. 500 g (2 cups) Cooked Ham: cubed
4. 125 g (½ cup) Finely grated shredded carrot
5. 65 g (¼ cup) Green onion: Sliced thinly
Pineapple Dressing
1. 125 mL (½ cup) Reserved pineapple juice: (If necessary, add pineapple juice from a carton or bottle)
2. 375 mL (1 ½ cups) Mayonnaise
3. 125 mL (½ cup) Plain Greek yogurt
4. 15 mL (1 tbsp) Apple cider vinegar
5. 15 mL (1 tbsp) Sugar (or sugar substitute)
6. 15 mL (1 tbsp) Joyful Lynne's Smoky Mountain Seasoning
